This policy on personal data processing defines the order of personal data processing and measures to ensure the security of personal datataken by Libipharm.

8. Basic rights and obligations of Users

9.1 Libipharm shall ensure the security of personal data and shall take all possible measures to exclude access to personal data by unauthorized persons.
9.2 The personal data of the Users shall under no circumstances be forwarded to third parties, except in cases related to the enforcement of laws or if theUser has given Libipharm's consent to the transfer of the data to a third party for the performance of obligations under a civil contract.
9.3 If there are any inaccuracies in the personal data, the User may update the personal data on his or her own by sending a notice to Libipharm at e-mail address Libipharm OFFICE@LIBIPHARM.COM, marked "Update of Personal Data".
9.4 The term of processing of personal data shall be determined by achieving the purposes for which the personal data were collected.
The User may withdraw his or her consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending Libipharm a notice to the e-mail address OFFICE@LIBIPHARM.COM, marked "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".
9.5 The condition for termination of the processing of personal data may be the achievement of the objectives of the processing of personal data, the expiry ofthe consent of the User or the withdrawal of the consent of the User.
9.6 Libipharm shall ensure the confidentiality of personal data when processing personal data.

10. List of actions performed by Libipharm with received personal data
